At Team Express, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused and original-condition sports equipment and apparel. Please note that customized team uniforms and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all tags. Securely pack the items in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
